Basically Verizon does not care to fix this. Rarely able to connect to the net or hold a phone connection. A reported an hour wireless has been having "network issues" for 4 days straight in Central Virginia.Joe reported an hour It seems with my booster I now have a little signal but it’s nowhere close to what it was last week, Is this fixed?.Uncle Moe reported an hour is there a security breach with Verizon Wireless? You don’t seem to have a problem taking money from my bank account- but when I’m trying to cancel one of my lines, you’re not allowing access to MY Verizon account.Xfinity really sent me a letter saying they apologize for denying me mobile service due to my credit when I declined to opt for the service when my phone wouldn’t work and didn’t have the funds to outright pay for the phones they sell.
Have been on the phone everyday and I get no resolution. Was told they were e-mailed but I never received them. Was eligible for the $500 byod rebate for two lines. Recently switched from AT&T but I see that was a mistake.
